You've reached the promised land -- the Mall! Get ready for adventure as you're about to enter the world of virtual reality. Here you can window shop, enter stores, and try on outfits that you like.
You can visit the Mall at any time by clicking on (from any screen that has one) or by clicking on your Favorite Stores (this takes you directly inside a store within the Mall).
There are two different malls, depending on the speed of your computer and the options you have set.
The Showcase Mall is the 3D Mall. In this Mall, you can walk around by clicking and dragging the mouse. When you do this, the cursor changes to a stylized arrow (
), and you can move through the mall in real time.
The Standard Mall is a two-dimensional (2D) mall. You can walk around by clicking on a "hotspot," which changes the cursor to a purple naviagational arrow (
). Clicking on the purple arrow takes you to the next scene or into a store.
Both the Showcase and Standard Malls contain the same stores and merchandise. The only difference is the way you move (or "walk") around them.
